    Examine your stomach
Do you have alot of belly fat? Yes?
    1. Start running, running and increasing the miles, and KEEP running when it hurts that means fat is being used and turned into energy and you'll see yourself sweating alot

Ok now that fat is gone, we got to work the stomach
    1. Put your legs on a chair, and do some push ups to strengthen your arms
    2. Then do crunches, keep going,
    3. Eat proteins rich food like eggs, salmon, spinach, etc.
    4. Return to crunches, and keep doing exercises
    5. If you have a lake or river near you, take up rowing, rowing is one of the fastest way to build abbs
    You're bound to reach it

There is a lot of science behind getting a six pack abs, but you definitely can't get them in 2 weeks. Pro bodybuilders and fitness models usually need 12-16 weeks to get that "stage look" with a perfect six pack abs. And they are PRO-s! Someone who is just starting will probably need much more than that!
